Balistonegallery is an exporter of Indonesia Natural Stone. All product are iriginally from Indonesia. Most of the product are handmade, color and size are subject to vary.

Balistonegallery order procedure.

PLease feel free to fill our contact for and specify your interested product. In order us to specify your request and gave feedback to you within 24 hours.

We will send proforma invoice upon received your proforma order within 48 hours.

After approval from both side, we required 50% deposit in advance to proceed the order. Payment should made into our company bank account in US Dollar.

We will inform your order status and estimated delivery time for your refference. Production time takes from 4 to 8 weeks time, started from deposit on our account.

We will inform you when the order completed and ready to ship. We required balance of the order should be made to our company bank account before ship. If we made shipping, we may load and shipped on board the order. Then we will send copy shipping document to you. Then we required balance to be send to our company bank account before we send original shipping document to you.

MINIMIM ORDER QUANTITY.

Our minimum order quantity is 20FT container on mix items. We will send you detail volume and weight to ensure all your order goes into container.

PRICES

All our product are quote based on FOB INDONESIA INTERNATIONAL SEA PORT. Simple you just adding FREIGHT COST from INDONESIA INTERNATIONAL SEA PORT.

CANCELATION

iIn the case of order cancellations, deposits are not refundable. Orders not claimed by customers for a period of 3 months or more without any confirmation will be declared ‘unclaimed’ and will be melted. Deposits on unclaimed orders are NOT refundable.

SHIPPING

We only pack, load, arrange all export documentation and send Original shipping document to you. All local charges are included on the prices. You may contact your nearest shipping or forwarding agent to get quotes for sending stone from Indonesia. Or you may contact us and we can arrange freight cost for you.

INSURANCE

We are not insured the goods. Insured are based on Liner regulation. You may addint insurance at your country if you needed.
